The accommodation was clean and the staff were really friendly. The room was spotless and beautiful, with a king bed, sleeper sofa, and a Jacuzzi. The hotel is located near Memorial Park, providing a comfortable and beautiful setting. it was 

On the morning we left the maid opened the door on us & left it opened before we got up. This is unacceptable in a hotel.We had plenty of time before checkout when this happened. We found it after we got up.

We got a room with bathtubs.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway. The staff, Sue and Caeser, were welcoming and took care of everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the nice touch of having a couch. It's also pet-friendly, which was a major

The location here is great, close to the zoo, shopping, stores, and restaurants.

Convenient location 👍 - The room had a comfortable king bed. Everything was great. It was near the NC Zoo, in the center of town, and close to a drug store.

The rooms of the hotel were brand-new and tidy with freezer and the refrigerator and a king bed.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located, with several good restaurants nearby.

The requested room location was not accommodated. Some guests experienced issues with room cleaning and fresh linens.

Management is rude and unhelpful. They double charged me and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed.

The staff attempted to make our issues right but it wasn't to be. It went wrong on the first day and went down hill from there.

our room wasn't cleaned the first day. We were moved to another room at 10:30pm. We wake up in our new room and realized that we didn't have any towels or a working phone (line not attached to anything phone outlet hanging in the air). Moved again to suite happy until realized couldn't get a whirlpool bath. Tub wasn't connected. We had 3 rooms in 3 days. And the juice was watered down we didn't do the free BKFT after the first day's disaster with the juice,

The variety of food options was great, and the location close to shops, eateries, and attractions made it convenient to explore the area, while the room with a sleeper sofa was comfortable.

We drove all night to get to the location and staff was very courteous and accommodating - including giving us breakfast after the buffet was closed. There was a large fan club booked at the hotel and using the conference room,
